i love nearly all things design related but typically prefer them with a simple & earthy touch.

i am a wife and mom to 2. nearly 3.  we are in the midst of our first adoption.  

i am basically a city girl that knows next to nothing about homemaking or country life.  but i want to.  this journal chronicles my journey of getting back to the basics - and finding the beauty therein.
