Las Ventanas al Paraiso

My friend Katie keeps sending me these rude virtual postcards from her vacation at Las Ventanas al Paraiso.  I have been drooling over this resort for years.  Seven years, in fact.  Sean & I were booked to stay there for our honeymoon when we switched at the last minute after decideding we might want to actually eat over those 10 days we were honeymooning.  You see, affording to stay at a hotel is one thing and affording to stay and eat at a hotel is quite another.  I can't say if Katie is eating on this vacation or not, and really it doesn't matter. Those virtual postcards say it all: "food ain't all that."
